1. Warranty period -
We provide a 10 years warranty on floor drains from the date of purchase of the product.
2. Start Date -
Your warranty begins from the date of your purchase. To avail warranty, simply present your valid proof of purchase to BathStory or any of our Authorised Service Personnel at the time of repairs.
3. Repair Process -
Any necessary repair or replacement will be efficiently handled by either BathStory’s service centre or our authorised service associates. You can deliver the product to our registered company address. Please note that courier/travelling charges will be your responsibility.
4. Exclusions -
This warranty doesn't cover instances of negligence, misuse, improper installation, not following the care instructions, or exposure to corrosive materials. It's essential to avoid using abrasive cleaners or pads, as these can damage the finish of your product.
5. Parts Replacement -
We understand that sometimes parts need replacement. Our service centre reserves the right to retain any replaced parts at its discretion. However, we'll always replace faulty parts with new ones, ensuring the continued functionality of your product. Coloured components may not match original shades.
6. Disputes -
Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage mediation to ensure a fair and satisfactory resolution for both parties. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
7. Warranty Void Conditions -
Please be aware that certain conditions may void your warranty, such as improper installation or usage, site conditions not meeting recommendations, misuse, unauthorised repairs, corrosion from hard water/toxic gases, natural calamities, abuse/negligence, third-party components, improper handling/cleaning, contact with RO reject water, or neglectful handling of the product. We're here to help, but it's essential to take care of your product as instructed to ensure its longevity.
*This warranty is non-transferable. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the product from BathStory.
